3.1.Ownership : All content, features, and functionality available through the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by R.G.N. Price & Co., Chartered Accountants (“RGNP”) or its licensors unless otherwise specified and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2.License : Subject to these Terms, RGNP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for its intended purpose.
4.1. Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4.2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4.3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its related systems or networks.
4.4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application or its servers or networks.
Your use of the Application is subject to RGNP Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1. The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. RGNP disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2. The Application is a resource for informational purposes only and is intended, but not promised or guaranteed, to be correct, complete, and up-to-date. RGNP does not warrant that the information contained on this application is accurate or complete, and hereby disclaims any and all liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by errors or omissions, whether such errors or omissions result from negligence, accident or any other cause.
6.3. Users accessing this application acknowledges that the User on his/her own accord wishes to know more about RGN Price Academy for their own information and use. The User further acknowledges that there has been no solicitation, invitation or inducement of any sort whatsoever from RGNP or any of its members to create a Client relationship through this website.
6.4. The application is not intended to be a source of advertising or solicitation and the user of the application should not consider this information to be an invitation for a client relationship and should not rely on information provided herein and should always seek the advice of competent professional. Transmission, receipt or use of this application does not constitute or create a client relationship.
In no event shall RGNP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RGNP and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
RGNP reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Application. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
